RUNSAFE
FLARE
Deployment GuideHow it Works

Step 2

Select Distribution

Need to know your distribution? Run this command in a terminal: cat /etc/centos-release

Step 3

Install Flare

Run these commands on your system to create the file /etc/yum.repos.d/runsafesecurity-alkemist-flare.repo (which lets dnf know to look for Flare's packages on our servers) and then install Flare.

Step 4

Configure Flare

Specify RunSafe License Key

When you register for an account a RunSafe license key valid for a free 14-day data study will be generated for you automatically.
Your RunSafe license key must be set as the environment variable RUNSAFE_LICENSE_KEY on the system(s) configured to send Flare data. This can be done many different ways and can be system-dependent. If you need help, please reach out to [email protected].
